2015 International Scholarship Recipient Organizes Workshop for Women Police Colleagues following 2015 Cardiff Conference

Victoria Yengkhom, Additional Superintendent of Police, Manipur Police Department, Manipur, India, was the IAWP 2015 Scholarship recipient. She attended the 53^rd IAWP Training Conference in Cardiff Wales participating in the training and networking sessions. Upon her return to Manipur, she immediately set about to organize and present a 1-day Training Workshop for her colleagues to share what she learned at Cardiff.
