General Information

The conference will open on Monday, September 8, 2025 with the Opening Ceremonies and the Annual Awards Event and Luncheon.  Delegates are required to wear their “dress uniform” or business attire on this special day.  

Delegates are asked to dress in "business casual" for the remainder of the week and will have a selection of training sessions and evening events to attend.  We will also be hosting a cultural day/event during the week so all delegates are encouraged to bring along their regional/cultural attire.  

Registration will include all events, training, awards luncheon, farewell event and lunch Tuesday through Friday.

If you registered using a discounted Member rate, your membership must remain active through the conference to avoid incurring additional charges.

Refund Policy
In accordance with established policy, refund requests will be applied as per the following schedule, less any nominal administrative fees and processing fees:
Prior to May 11, 2025, you will be eligible for a 100% refund
Between May 12 to June 10, 2025, you will be eligible for a 75% refund
Between June 11 to July 10, 2025, you will be eligible for a 50% refund
Between July 11 to Aug 9, 2025, you will be eligible for a 25% refund
No refunds will be issued after August 9, 2025.

*All delegates are encouraged to secure travel insurance to provide further protection for your registration and travel costs.

Transfer of Registration 
Conference Registration and payment may be transferred to another delegate prior to August 9th, 2025. There cannot be any exceptions to this deadline.

Staff, Aides and Interpreters
Are all required to hold a full conference registration in order to access the event. Please plan accordingly and within deadlines.

Registration Closes 
ALL REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AUGUST 24, 2025, or sooner if capacity is reached.
